STOP - stop the pain
PAUSE - pause for awhile to think and decide things
REWIND - rewind the times of being happy
FORWARD - move forward for the another experiences that you may encounter
PLAY - play your thoughts and to DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY (",)
